One week to go before the game release!
Earlier today, Otomate posted the following image on the official Birushana Senki Twitter account.
Otomate has recommended playing the game by starting off with Taira no Noritsune (CV: Kawanishi Kengo), followed by Musashibo Benkei (CV: Umehara Yuichiro). Next up is Shungen (CV: Saito Soma), Shana’s childhood friend.
The last two are Shana’s older half-brother, Minamoto no Yoritomo (CV: Furukawa Makoto), then finally, the enemy commander, Taira no Tomomori (CV: Fukuyama Jun).
Yoritomo and Tomomori’s respective routes can only be unlocked if certain conditions have been met.
Issue 9/24 of Weekly Famitsu (on sale this 9/10) has awarded Birushana Senki a total score of 33/40, which automatically inducts it into the Gold Hall Of Fame.
Famitsu mentioned in the article that clearing a route will take about 16 hours, while total game completion will take 88 hours.
It’s crazy that the route I’m eyeing has been recommended last by the maker themselves. Highly likely that his was last because of the need for a good build-up, seeing as he’s the enemy commander in Genpei War.
Still, I am really hoping for this game to be good enough that it gets localized!

Hold on a minute, Yoritomo is Shana’s half-brother? Half brother means they still have blood relation, right? Then, doesn’t that make the pair an incest pairing?
